My first few minutes in the building after I had to go and try to resolve the issue by asking to be checked into another room were unexpected at the end moment. If we wanted to opt for another option, we couldn't do it due to the price hike instead of an 'upgrade' to the apartment. However, I ended up having the apartment, which was a pleasant surprise.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were almost like being in an underground den, but surprisingly cozy with a super comfy bed. Having a minibar stocked with local beer was a nice touch, and the free access to hot water and coffee made mornings delightful. The waffle time was a fun bonus, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The great location was exactly as advertised with convenient amenities like a washer, dryer, and well-equipped cooking utensils, making it a home away from home.
When I arrived, my room wasn't ready, but once settled, it was small yet cozy with all the essentials. The location was excellent, close to the town center, and I loved the possibility of making waffles in the evenings. The service was extremely friendly and welcoming, adding to the charm of the hotel.
The hotel had rooms that were too small for eating in comfortably, especially when the weather was cold and rainy outside. However, the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The location was excellent, within walking distance to many attractions. The dining options were fabulous and kept us going for our midnight sun experience.
The hotel is situated in a very central location, close to Plaria, Fram center, and other attractions, making it quite convenient for exploring the city. The rooms, although a bit small for four people, were clean and comfortable. The staff, while very friendly and full of information, seemed somewhat untrained in certain aspects of cleanliness. The dining experience lacked variety and had basic options at an additional charge. The hotel offers dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry services, as well as tours/ticket assistance.
